We collect personal information directly from you through referral forms, employment applications, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. In some cases, information may be provided by a support coordinator, advocate, or family member on your behalf.

  • Deliver and manage support services
  • Comply with NDIS and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with participants, families, and support networks
  • Process employment applications
  • Improve the quality of our services

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

  • NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission where required
  • Other service providers involved in your care (with your consent)
  • Emergency services where there is a risk to health or safety
